We have been inundated with requests to address many topics associated with the protection of children online. Following here is a sampling of our work in the media space.

TV3 Morning Show - Wed 2nd June 2010 - Pat McKenna has a frank discussion with presenters Martin and Sybil about the risks to children online, and outlined what he feels needs to happen to ensure their security and privacy.

RTE Prime Time Investigates - Crimes Against Children: Evil Online - Mon 31st May 2010 - Pat McKenna was a contracted technical consultant providing initial presentations and ongoing support to the production team outlining the issues about childrens safety online, and the world of child pornography. One of our presentations was filmed in Tallaght Community School by the PTI Team and a segment was shown during the program.

RTE News Oct 09 - interviews on release of the Barnardos Report
PC Live Dec 09 - interviews with Niall Kitson on child safety
Irish Sunday Times Jun 10
- interview with Sheila Wayman
Daily Mail Jun 10
- interview with Sarah Bardon
Radio Country Mix July 10 - CEOP 'Panic Button'

Following in the pages listed in this section are a sampling of articles, and background information on two interviews.

This material gives the reader a sampling of our thinking on a range of issues relating to the safety of children in this digital age.

One or two pieces are less general and in fact are very incisive. One document in particular caused a storm of PR and legal activity. However we have the research to back up all that is created on this site and more. We do not do frivolity or sensationalism as this takes away from the safety of children and simply serves to arm those who would advocate child abuse and exploitation.

Please feel free to use any information or opinions offered. We would only ask that the reader credit us with the comment and that any such comments are not taken piecemeal and out of context.
